A smaller store is usually ready in 4–6 weeks, a larger one or one with integrations takes longer. The biggest factor is how ready the product data is — a clean product list with images and descriptions speeds the work up considerably.
What are the monthly costs of an online store?
Hosting and the domain (usually a couple of tens of euros a month), the payment provider's fee (a percentage of each transaction, depending on the provider) and the maintenance service if you want it.
