Projektiassistent — the whole platform we built

With Projektiassistent our work did not stop at the website — we built an entire product. Projektiassistent is a full-scale SaaS/WaaS platform where artificial intelligence turns an idea into a decision-ready project plan in minutes and then helps run the whole project in one environment.

It is a complete solution planned, designed and developed by ArborIT — from the user interface and the AI logic to the integrations and multilingual support (ET / EN / RU / FI / SV).

From idea to plan in three steps

1. Enter your project idea — describe the goal, the timeframe and the budget. Add a funding measure, a regulation or a law if you wish and the AI will take it all into account.
2. The AI creates the project plan — the AI analyses the input and generates a structured plan: scope, tasks, schedule, risks and resources.
3. Run the whole project in one environment — the plan becomes a living workspace: Gantt, Kanban, dependencies, risks and reporting, all in the same place.
